App Overview
The Review Multiplier admin app is organized into screens reachable from the left navigation menu inside Shopify admin. This page is your map: where each screen lives, what's on it, and where to read more.
Navigation menu
The menu items below appear in this order. Two items are conditional and only appear when their conditions are met (see notes after the table).

Conditional menu items
Two menu items only appear under specific conditions:
- GMC Integration (
/app/google-merchant-feed) — appears only for stores on the Pro plan with the GMC feature flag enabled. Free and Starter merchants won't see this entry. - Dev Tools (
/app/dev-tools) — internal tooling for the Review Multiplier engineering team. Visible only on a small allowlist of staff/test stores. If you don't see it, that's expected.
What sits where: quick mental model
If you've used Shopify admin before, the model maps cleanly:
- Dashboard = at-a-glance health (like Shopify Home)
- Activity = a chronological audit log (like Shopify's Order timeline, but for reviews)
- Insights = reports and analytics (like Shopify Analytics)
- Review Moderation = the reviews list, with bulk actions (like Shopify Orders)
- Review Display / Connections / Review Collection / Shop Integration / GMC / Import & Export = configuration and integrations (like Shopify Settings)
- Billing = subscription management
Recent layout change
The Dashboard screen used to host all the heavy charts and the full activity feed. As of 2026-05, those moved to dedicated screens:
- The Performance Overview chart, Review Analytics card, Email Analytics, and Top Products tables → Insights
- The full activity feed → Activity
The Dashboard kept the action-required pieces (banners, onboarding, Usage & Billing, GMC card on Pro) and gained two slim summary cards: a 3-metric headline tile and a 5-row Recent Activity preview. Both link to their respective dedicated screens.
If older help-doc screenshots show charts on the Dashboard, that reflects the previous layout — the descriptions in Insights and Activity match what's in the app today.
