View Customer Reviews in Shopify Admin
Review Multiplier adds a Customer Reviews block to the customer detail page in your Shopify admin. This lets you see all reviews a customer has submitted without leaving the admin.
What you'll see
When you open any customer's detail page in Shopify admin, look for the Customer Reviews block in the sidebar. It shows:
- Review count and average rating — A quick summary at the top.
- Individual reviews — Each review displays the star rating, title, content, date, and badges for review type (Product/Store), status (Published/Pending), source (Email/Direct/Shop App), and whether it's a verified purchase.
- Product name — For product reviews, the associated product is displayed.
How to access it
- In your Shopify admin, go to Customers.
- Click on any customer.
- The Customer Reviews block appears on the customer detail page.
Matching customers
Reviews are matched to Shopify customers using their Shopify customer ID. If a customer submitted reviews using an email address that isn't linked to a Shopify customer record, their reviews may not appear in this block.
