Configure Shop App Integration
1. Navigate to Shop Integration via the side navigation menu. These settings only become activated (and relevant to your Shopify store) if you have chosen to install Shop (Shopify Payments). Shop collects product reviews of all products purchased through it, and this cannot be turned off while Shop is installed. Review Multiplier is built to work gracefully with Shop, and can still be used to collect product reviews, or just overall store experience reviews instead.
2. Optionally click "Sync Shop Reviews", although they will be synchornized in the background often by default.
3. Select the review collection strategy. In this case we select the "Smart mix (Shop for Shop orders, ours for everything else)" option.
4. Click the "Use 2-step reviews for non-Shop orders" field.
5. Click "Got it"
6. Click "Save" at the top of the screen once you are happy with the settings.
