How Review Multiplication Works

The Review Multiplication Process

Review platforms are where your customers' reviews are "multiplied" with AI assistance. After leaving a review in your store, customers receive an email from feedback@shareyouropinion.co inviting them to further share their experience on these platforms as well. Each review is uniquely rewritten by AI to comply with platform guidelines while maintaining the authentic sentiment.

Step-by-Step Flow:

📋 Free: 10/month | Starter: 50/month | Pro: Unlimited

  1. Initial Review: Customer leaves a review on your Shopify store
  2. Invitation Email: Customer receives an email from feedback@shareyouropinion.co
  3. Platform Selection: Customer chooses which platforms to share their review on
  4. AI Multiplication: The app uses AI to rewrite the review for each selected platform
  5. Authentic Voice: Each rewrite maintains the customer's original sentiment while complying with platform-specific guidelines
  6. Platform Publishing: Reviews are submitted to the selected platforms

Why AI Rewriting is Important

  • Platform Compliance: Each review platform has specific guidelines and policies
  • Avoiding Duplicates: Identical reviews across platforms can be flagged as spam
  • Natural Language: AI ensures each version sounds authentic and unique
  • Sentiment Preservation: The core message and rating remain consistent

Email Source

All review multiplication invitation emails are sent from feedback@shareyouropinion.co. This is the official email address for the ShareYourOpinion customer app, which handles the review collection and multiplication process.

Managing Platform Order

Customizing Platform Display Order

The order below is set to the most popular review platforms at the top by default, but you may change the order by dragging and dropping. The order you set here will be the same on the review multiplication page your customers are shown when leaving reviews.

Important: Only review platforms which are active will be shown to your customers.

How to Reorder Platforms:

  1. Navigate to Connections > Publish Destinations
  2. Find the platform you want to move
  3. Click and hold the drag handle (⋮⋮) on the left side
  4. Drag the platform to your desired position
  5. Release to drop it in place
  6. Changes are saved automatically

Best Practices for Platform Order:

  • Put highest-priority platforms first: Customers are more likely to engage with the first few options
  • Consider your market: If you serve a specific geographic region, prioritize region-specific platforms
  • Google Review Partners first: Consider placing Google Review Partner platforms at the top for maximum SEO benefit
  • Test and adjust: Monitor which platforms get the most reviews and adjust accordingly

Why Platform Order Matters:

  • Customer attention: Customers typically engage with the first 3-5 options they see
  • Strategic focus: Prioritizing certain platforms can help you build presence where it matters most
  • User experience: A logical order makes it easier for customers to find platforms they're familiar with
