Configure Review Emails and Settings
1. Click the "Configure emails" button in the onboarding wizard or else click the "Review Collection" side navigation link > "Email Settings" tab

2. Note the current review mode setting. In this case it is set to "2-Stage (Product + Store) You can change this in the Collection Page tab."

3. Optionally, adjust the text of the emails to your liking.

4. Here we swapped the word "decisions" for "choices". The live preview window shows the updated body text straight away.
5. Click "Save"

6. Choose between HTML (rich text), plain text (often better deliverability), or multi-part (both) in the email format dropdown.

7. Click "Save"

Email Timing Settings
Configure when review request emails are sent after an order is fulfilled.
Send Delay
The Send delay slider controls how many days after order fulfillment the review request email is sent.
- Range: 0 to 30 days
- Default: 3 days
- Immediate option: Set to 0 for "Immediately on fulfillment" - emails will be sent as soon as the order is marked as fulfilled
Set the delay to 0 days ("Immediately on fulfillment") when testing your email flow. This allows you to verify emails are working without waiting.
Reminder Emails
Enable reminder emails to automatically follow up with customers who haven't left a review.
- Reminder delay: 3 to 14 days after the initial email (default: 7 days)
- Only sent if the customer hasn't submitted a review yet
Exclude Repeat Customers
Check Exclude repeat customers to skip sending review requests to customers who have already left reviews for your store. This prevents over-soliciting loyal customers.
8. Click "Check Email Client Compatibility" if you want to double check your emails likely deliverability

9. The email client compatability score will be shown after a few seconds
