Uninstall
Remove the App
- Go to Settings > Apps and sales channels in Shopify admin
- Find Review Multiplier in the list
- Click Uninstall
- Confirm the uninstallation
What Happens to Your Data
- Reviews remain stored for 30 days after uninstallation
- Widgets stop displaying immediately on your storefront
- Reinstalling within 30 days restores all reviews and settings
- After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
Before Uninstalling
Export your reviews as CSV from Reviews > Export if you want a backup. Theme widgets must be manually removed from your theme code if using manual installation.
